Playing in the weekend cover band Sons of Man, he needs the versatility that multiple tunings can provide. His other basses are standard tuned while this one has one drop tuned neck and one detuned even lower.

The bass features a tone rich Alder body, maple 5 string 24 fret true bolt-on necks, rosewood fretboards, gold hardware, textured black finish, and active electronics.
