I have wanted to build a Stevie guitar for a while now. I didn't want to build a copy of Number One, it seems everyone has done that.

Like on our Young Royals guitar, the body is three pieces of rich, resonant, lacquered alder. It has a portrait of Stevie Ray Vaughan lasered into the surface as well as some old school "hot rodder" flames, to me they are symbolic of the fire in his playing.

This guitar is simple with no frills with chrome hardware, a licensed Fender rosewood on maple neck, a custom neckplate and a single direct mounted Seymour Duncan TB4 (the wider spaced version of the SH4 Jeff Beck model)
